Identification of RNA markers associated with Parkinson's disease using multiplex gene expression analysis

Introduction. Parkinson's disease (PD) is a neurodegenerative disorder, and the development of biomarkers essential due to complicated PD diagnosis progression assessment.
 Objective. To identify RNA markers by multiplex expression profiling 760 genes associated with main neuropathological processes.
 Materials methods. We studied processes using Nanostring nCounter Human Neuropathology Panel in 29 blood samples obtained from patients, including 13 those early stage 16 advanced stage, control samples.
 Results. The comparison gene patients controls demonstrated differential CDKN1A CPT1B. showed LRP1 upregulation group. also revealed СPT1B disease, positive correlation between duration.
 Discussion. variably expressed may be relevant as for assessment.
